This tool allows us to accurately wrap surfaces directly onto the scan mesh, perfectly preserving the optimized shape without tedious manual remodeling.
Precision Features: For the mechanical connection points, we used standard parametric modeling techniques to ensure perfect geometric accuracy for manufacturing.
By combining these two approaches—polygon fitting for the organic surfaces and traditional modeling for the prismatic features—we created a complete, highly accurate, and fully editable CAD model ready for production.
